GROUP CLASSES





 

I love watching students become confident in the kitchen. But today's lifestyle requires flexibility. For that reason, I offer a variety of options for sharing wonderful food experiences.

I schedule classes at my "corporate" kitchen; an intimate, comfortable, professional venue for small groups. Each semester is a three part series that takes full advantage of the season's bounty. You can take one class, two, or all three.

I call these full participation, hands-on, semi-private cooking classes. Every class makes full use of the ample counter space and professional equipment. I demonstrate how to do the techniques, and the recipes are clear and easy to follow.

Classes Are Held The First Wednesday

Date: Wednesday evenings
Time: 6:00 - 9:00 pm
Fees: $120 for one class per person
Full participation, hands on, maximum 8 people per class
Demonstration classes available upon request
48 hour cancellation to reschedule a make up class.
